Spain debuted in the 1st edition of WWWSC with the song Torre De Babel by David Bisbal. Who also is the singer who has represented Spain most times, with three participations, scoring 11th, 7th and 1st (Spain's second best result) places.

After the 50th edition a new user took the lead over Spain his name is Iván.

He created Olé Olé Festival  before the 52nd edition, in order to select the next representant in the WWW Song Contest.
